It has 2 bedrooms, a wide and bright leaving room, a bathroom with an amazing tub, a kitchen and a huge terrace to relax and sip a tea, a coffee or a glass of wine. We rent, with diffrent solutions, our location. You can book a room for minimun 3 nights (breakfast provided on request or kitchen avaiable). We rent the whole appartament during the Milano Fashion Week, Salone del Mobile, BIT and all others main fairs. In location high speed wifi. The neighborhood is Located near by the historic navigli, more alive and creative, a 15-minute walk from piazza del Duomo and less than 10 min from the subway (Porta Genova station, green line) with every type of service in the immediate vicinity (surface transportation, bike sharing, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, showrooms, design studios, art galleries, cinemas, theatres, etc. the apartment is on the second floor of a typical industrial building ), has a beautiful and large living bath and two bedrooms, for two up to 4 people in two comfortable double beds. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with special attention to decoration. A loft downstairs is also available as a location for small events (up to a maximum of 30 people) product presentations, corporate events or private dinners.
