You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located sweet place. between the 7th circle and dierghbar , 2nd floor . new building with an elevator, guard who is very helpful, and surrounded with all kinds of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, barber shops .. you name it . it has a balcony with a nice city view. The apartment is very cozy and very comfortable . Other things to note 1 - Respect the neighbors rights for having a private , quite building 2 -Delivering the apartment same as taken: clean and without damages. 3 - for monthly rentals; the electricity is NOT included to the price, the apartment has its own Electricity meter and will be calculated as you go.
