Well-equipped house, located in the middle of the forest in Sweden's southernmost wilderness. Only a two-hour drive from the Øresund Bridge. Child-friendly and many activities. In the area there are berries, mushrooms and bird life. Hiking trails from the house. 2 scenic lakes within walking distance - a child-friendly swimming lake and a lake with islands and rocks that can be visited by rowboat. Plenty of free common facilities, including playground, ball court, toys/games. NOTE: Electricity and water are included. Cleaning is done by the tenant. The space The kitchen is equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils and electrical aids, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, electric whisk, baking scale, washing machine, drying racks, cupboards and drawers. Garden room and terrace, garden furniture/cushions, sunbed, bench, charcoal grill, fireplace, parasol, etc. For children there is a baby bed, bathtub, changing pad, 2 high chairs, etc., as well as access to common rooms with lots of toys, garden games, balls, children's bicycles, life jackets, etc. Lots of information in the house, including a guidebook with maps for hiking trails and nature reserves, many suggestions for visits and activities in the surrounding area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The vacation home is located on a scenic hilly area of 30,000 m2 in the middle of the forest, where there are a total of 5 vacation homes. Here, the 3 are rented out and the other 2 are used for several periods by the owners. All the houses are located with a terrace undisturbed in relation to each other. In the common area, there is a ball court for football, badminton, basketball and more, a playground for smaller children, a room with children's toys, garden games, life jackets, balls, tourist information and much more, which must be shared with the other cottages. There is also a shared rowboat and canoe in a nearby lake. In the common area, there is also a shelter, which can be used free of charge by all guests in the rental cottages. However, it must be agreed with us if you want to stay overnight. There are mattresses, mosquito nets, tables-benches, campfire/grill etc. at/in the shelter. Other things to note Check-in and check-out only on Saturdays. Cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pillows, duvets and rollaway mattresses. Beds: Room 1: Double bed length 200 cm, width: 180 cm, Baby bed 120x60 cm. Room 2: Two single beds, 200x90cm. Room 3: Bunk beds on the ground floor are two foam mattresses with the length: 200 cm and width 80 cm. Duvets and pillows, blankets etc. are available in the house INCLUDED: Free wi-fi, however max. 30 GB per week, Electricity and water consumption is included in June, July and August. Canoe and rowboat can be borrowed for free. A lot of equipment can be borrowed freely, including life jackets, garden games, toys, balls, children's bicycles, etc. Extra crib, high chair, stroller, pram can be borrowed upon request. NOT INCLUDED: Final cleaning (cleaning supplies are available in the house) is carried out by the tenant upon departure or can be arranged. Bed linen and towels, dish towels, tea towels and soap, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, charcoal etc. are brought by the tenant. OTHER FACILITIES: TV with German satellite channels and Swedish TV channels. Stereo. Bowling game in the house. Shared playground for smaller children and football pitch.
