Contactless Cozy Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Village

Our cozy condo is great for families with kids, couples OR just a group of friends on vacation! Self check-in is contactless with a remote digital access code given at the time of booking. It is located 0.8 miles from the Village, only half a mile from Canyon Lodge, a little less than a mile from Eagle Lodge and about 10-15 minute drive to Main Lodge. Tamarack Lodge is a short drive up Lake Mary Road. Access by car to several lakes for fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The space Amazing sunrise views of the Sherwins Range off the back deck through the sliding door! Upon entering our cozy condo, you'll discover 20+ handy hooks to hang all your winter and summer belongings including jackets, helmets, CamelBaks, towels, & swimsuits. Proof you've been outside having the time of your life! Open concept updated kitchen with countertop seating for easy conversation with the cook! Stocked with all the amenities needed to whip up a hearty meal at home, as we love to cook ourselves. There is even a HOT water dispenser at the sink for easy instant hot cocoa and tea! Sleeping arrangements for 4 guests maximum. A master bedroom with a queen size bed and just past the entryway, bunk beds built into the wall with privacy curtains for each bunk to help you sleep after a long day in the mountains. If you want a different option for sleeping arrangements than bunk beds, a queen-size sofa sleeper located in the living room can be unfolded easily for 2 guests. Plenty of board games, puzzles, and even Legos (secretly hidden under the bunk beds!) to keep you entertained when you're not outside. A 55” LG smart tv with access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Hulu, AppleTv+ and more available using your own personal logins. Second TV located in the primary bedroom; a 47" Vizio TV with Amazon Firestick for connection to most streaming services. Guest access Awesome sledding right outside our condo during the snow season. The town bus service that will bring you to the Village (which has the Village gondola that can take you to Canyon Lodge) has a stop at the entrance to the condo complex on Lake Mary Road (less than a 5 minute walk from our unit). Condo complex amenities include: a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, coin-operated laundry facility (bring your quarters if you plan to do laundry!), as well as indoor rec center with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Community center hours of operation 9am-10pm with door access 4-digit code set by on-site manager, this code is posted on the back of our condo's front door (**Note: The pool usually is officially open Memorial Day weekend, as the pool is only heated Memorial Day through Labor Day. However, the jacuzzi is open year around except when it is under maintenance/repair by the HOA). Other things to note Rates include taxes of 14% (13% Occupancy Tax + 1% Tourism Tax for the Town of Mammoth Lakes, CA).
