Fishermans Cabin:851-14-2150STVR Fisherman’s Cabin is the ideal fishing or hunting cabin of for those who just want a soulful get away and retreat to nature. We have added a hot tub. It is a beautifully renovated cabin on the North Fork and Wilson Rivers.. The walls of the cabin are knotty Pine wood with a light stain, giving the cabin a warm cozy feel. The floors are tile, which is nice for easy clean up. Traveling with dogs or Horses? We have got you covered. See details below The space The bedroom has a queen bed with south western styled bedding and unique hand-made leather curtains. The bedroom also has an entertainment center perfect for relaxing on movie night. The living room has a brand new leather couch with queen size sofa sleeper that match the south western/country decor. The living area is an open space, perfect for gathering around at mealtime or game time! There has been plenty of thought given to entertainment, with the 3 flat screen televisions, 1 of which is 70+ inches. There is even one in the bathroom that can be seen from the shower, so you won't miss any part of the game! This bathroom has a heated towel warmer and a jetted tub. The shower has dual body sprayers as well as the standard shower head, to take off the cold chill after a long day of fishing, hiking or a wonderful way to relax. There is a Wilson River view from the yard and you would travel about 60 feet to reach the river bank for skipping rocks or fishing for the perfect catch access in close by. This home has a trail along the back of the yard that leads to the North Fork river. Dogs are welcome with a $25 pet fee per animal per stay. Must be flea treated and dog waste picked up. Traveling With Horses? The fee for the Paddock use is $15 Per day per horse. when divided in 4, each Paddock is 17.5 Feet wide and 35 feet long. The perimiter is New Zealand Fencing with a 6 inch wood rail on top. There are beautiful trails right off the property or a short drive to the beach. Please let us know in advance so the paddock can be divided to fit your needs. Guest access Pete owns the whole street. Feel free to roam but please respect the privacy of other renters. If you want to have a fire, there is a fire pit in the yard, wood not provided. Traveling with a large group? We have 3 homes next to each other. rent them all to help accommodate a larger group, up to 27. Castaway is a newly remodeled sleeps up to 8 Happy Hollow is a large 4 bedroom home with a 5th sleeping space ~ Sleeps 15 Ask for more info! You have complete use of the property. Our yard at Fishermans is fenced so no need to worry about your furry friends running off. The house is located on a private driveway with access to the Wilson and North Fork Rivers. There are lots of hiking trails right off the property. Enjoy! Other things to note Firewood is not provided. Hot Tub Care!!! Hot Tubs can not handle sunscreens, lotions, perfumes. They make the water cloudy. Clean bodies only in the tub. Clear Water Spa charges $90 to dump and clean the tub. You will be charged extra if this service is needed. Please help us keep it clean! :-) Please rinse your feet with the hose if you have been walking in the yard to keep grass and dirt out of the water as well. Thank you for help us in this matter.
