However, there’s one across the street that offers daily and long term parking for a fee. Guests can drive to Cebu IT Park or may take public transportation such as a taxi, Grab or motorcycle. If you're a first timer in Cebu City, using a taxi is a preferred choice since most drivers are familiar with Cebu IT Park. Take note that there is another Avida inside IT Park, please let them know that you are going to Avida RIALA (Tower 3). The unit will be professionally deep cleaned and disinfected before arrival to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. Avida Riala has Covid policies in place. The management is currently adapting the following requirements to be able to enter the building: 1. FOR FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS: - Valid ID/proof of identity bearing holder's picture and signature. - Official vaccination card . - Authorization Letter from the unit Owner . - Wearing of face masks is optional inside the property . 2. FOR INDIVIDUALS NOT FULLY VACCINATED: - A negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken within seventy-two (72) hours; OR - A negative Antigen test result taken within forty-eight (48) hours; OR - A negative Saliva test result taken within forty-eight (48) hours - Tests must be taken from accredited and licensed testing centers and laboratories by the Department of Health (DOH). All the pools have usage fees of Php 100/head up to the maximum limit of 3 users per unit and will undergo a booking process.
