The space Our property is located on the edge of a forest in the quiet village of Marczyce, among pastures and meadows, with an unusual view of the Podgórzyńskie Ponds and the Karkonosze mountain range. In summer and autumn, while walking in the surrounding forests, you can pick mushrooms and berries, and as soon as the snow falls, you can enjoy winter fun on the numerous hills. An undoubted advantage is the immediate vicinity of the blue trail, which connects Cieplice with Grodno Hill, where there is a viewing point. This unique place will allow you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. A two-storey cottage decorated in a modern style with a glass gable wall, designed for 6 people, or in exceptional cases for 7 people (3 double bedrooms and 1 non-folding sofa). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. There are three separate bedrooms on the first floor. Thanks to the fully glazed wall, you can admire the Podgórzyńskie Lakes, mountains, meadows and forests. All guests are welcomed with a gift and can use the rest area as much as they like.
