The space The house is one-story, complete and very cozy. It has 2 bedrooms, with a double bed, one of them with air-conditioning and the other with a fan. The living room is integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and dining table, offering practicality for preparing meals. Separate laundry area with a small sink and washing machine. The bathroom is clean and functional, with an electric shower and good ventilation. On the side, next to the garage, there is a covered barbecue area, perfect for family moments. The courtyard is fully fenced and safe, ideal for children and pets. The house also has Wi-Fi, TV and a parking space in the enclosed garage and inside the courtyard. Everything has been designed to offer comfort, safety and tranquility during your stay. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the house throughout the stay. This includes all indoor environments — bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom — as well as the outdoor area with a barbecue and fenced patio. There is room for 2 cars inside the courtyard, with a closed gate, ensuring more security and privacy. Access is easy and independent, with no areas shared with other people. Check-in and check-out are arranged in advance and can be flexible according to availability. I make a point of welcoming you personally whenever possible, to explain everything and welcome you.
