UMAY HOUSE- Peaceful villa 5 minutes away from Urla and Seferihisar and 25 minutes from Çeşme, detached, with a pool, security, where you can take nature walks and easily stay with your family. Surrounded by olive and mandarin trees, the property features a 7 × 3 metre pool, a library area with a swing, a fireplace, electric shutters, a security system with an alarm and cameras, and kitchen utensils for 16 people. You will be close to Çeşme (25 min away) and Urla (5 min away) by driving. Our property has several mandarin and olive trees near our large pool. Two couples can have a relaxing holiday and enjoy a gourmet meal as long as it is ordered in advance. For the long term stays we can offer 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to your personal taste. Other things to note Our house has a wide variety of living spaces, we have a conservatory area overlooking our garden and a nostalgia balcony overlooking the olive trees in the front. You can enjoy the summer in our large 7 x 3 m pool in our garden. Downstairs, we also have a space where you can do yoga, read a book or work from home. Our house has three floors. We have a fireplace in our living room. In the garden area, we have a decorative boat seating area, a mulled wine area and a wooden fire pit area. At the same time, we have a seating area under our olive tree decorated with Alacati lights. As pet-loving hosts, we're delighted to welcome our beloved furry friends.
