Gorgeous and Stunning “The Barn at Oxcroft Farm”.

The Barn is set remote and in an isolated part of the Country. It is surrounded by countryside and nature. We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, laundry room, cosy snug with log burner and two fantastic double bedrooms. Outside is a private secluded patio but the use of our garden is allowed. We welcome quiet guests but no groups/parties. This is not a party house and noise is limited to ZERO after 11.00 p.m. CCTV is on site and so are we. The space Situated over two floors and totally independent within. Staircase to first floor from large fully equipped designer Kitchen Dining Room which has oven, coffee machine, warming drawer, fridge and dishwasher all available for guest use. Separate room for cloaks, boots etc. with washing machine, dryer, second fridge and a freezer. Bedrooms have their own hairdryer, shower mat and electric fan. Bathroom has freestanding bath and separate walk in shower. Guest access There is a shared driveway to the Snug which acts as primary access. There is a private enclosed patio area. The garden to the main house surrounds the Barn which we welcome guests to meander around. It is suggested that children do not wonder without supervision. Other things to note Bring bikes and walking boots. Access to the stables and paddock is restricted (except with permission) but will be gated off. Wedding venues galore surround our home and we provide the perfect place for a bridal party or group of very well behaved stags on their wedding eve. This is the only exception to our rule of no single sex parties due to bad experiences.
