Houseboat with sloop on the Kaag/Warmond

It is a spacious houseboat with beautiful views over the water and the fields. Thanks to the many sliding doors, you really live outside and can always sit somewhere out of the wind and in the sun. There are several subs available, with which beautiful trips over the water can be made. You can also enjoy hiking and skiing through the adjacent nature reserve. The sloop is your means of transportation, with which you can reach everything. Supermarkets, playgrounds, the city of Leiden and restaurants on the water. The space There are two bedrooms, one with a double box spring, and the other with a triple bunk bed. Furthermore, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room with open kitchen including dishwasher and oven/microwave. There is also air conditioning (which is also used as heating) and a wood-burning stove. There is unlimited WiFi throughout the houseboat. In the garden, a cozy seating area has been made. Also there is an outdoor shower and there is a BBQ to use. Furthermore, there is a subboard and a surfboard to use hanging against the fence. Guest access The houseboat is rented including a Corsiva 570 sloop, to sail on the Kaag or to discover the canals of Leiden. This boat is also used as a daily means of transport, the houseboat cannot be reached by land. The permanent berth of the sloop and car is at Jonkman marina in Sassenheim, 20 minutes by boat. But a passer-by place with car can also be arranged at the marina of the Vennemeer, 5 minutes by boat. Other things to note The houseboat is on land, but the sloop is the means of transport during the holiday. On the water map, various nice routes are marked out and also where the nearest supermarkets are located on the water. When guests come to visit, they can park their car on the dike and be picked up by the sloop at van Schie. Then it is only a few minutes' boat ride to the houseboat.
