Welcome to #CurtaTere01! Cozy 3-bedroom house (2 suites + 1 bedroom with nearby bath), all with ceiling fans and heaters, plus an extra bathroom. Living room integrated with a full kitchen, 450 MB internet, deck by the river with natural pools and waterfalls, private pool, BBQ grill, pizza oven, veranda, garden, volleyball court, outdoor shower, pet-friendly area, and covered parking for 1 car. Private land of 1100 m². We look forward to welcoming you! The space The perfect place to relax in a hammock, enjoy the sun on the deck with access to the Paquequer River — which borders the property and features small waterfalls for a refreshing natural swim — take a dip in the pool, enjoy a delicious barbecue, play pool, bake pizzas in the wood-fired oven, relax by the fireplace with wine and fondue, or sit around the outdoor fire pit while admiring the most starry sky you’ll ever see. Other things to note → What will be available for you at the house: » Deck connected to the river forming natural pools and small waterfalls. » Barbecue grill. » Private pool. » Pizza oven. » Beautiful garden. » Pool table. » High-speed internet and 450 MB Wi-Fi. » Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, GloboPlay, Prime Video, Spotify). » Bed and bath linen. » Ceiling fans and portable heaters in all bedrooms. » Refrigerator with freezer, stove, and microwave. » Fully equipped kitchen with blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, cheese fondue set, water filter, wine glasses, and other utensils. » Washing machine. » Dryer. » Covered parking for 1 car (the ramp is slightly inclined). It’s also safe and easy to park on the street. » Pet Friendly with fenced yard. Bed and bath linens: We prepare the property with bed and bath linens according to the number of guests informed in the reservation, including one bath towel per person for every 7 nights of stay. For longer stays, we will leave an extra set to ensure even more comfort during your stay. If you need extra towels, we will be happy to provide them upon request for R$ 50.00 (1 bath towel and 1 face towel). Keys and access: A key lockbox is installed at the door for easy access to the property. One set of keys is provided and must be placed back in the box each time you leave.
