Shoes: Please leave your shoes at the entrance or use the provided shoe covers. Sanitize: Upon entry, use the hand sanitizer located to your right. Hygiene: Please wash your hands in the upstairs bathroom immediately after entering. Masks: We ask that you wear a mask in all common areas; you may remove it once you are in your private room. 🛌 Your Room & Amenities Self-Contained: Your room is equipped with a queen bed, mini-fridge, TV, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Storage: Please keep all personal belongings inside your room. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 🚿 Shared Spaces & Cleaning Restrooms: Please disinfect the toilet seat before and after each use. The downstairs bathroom is reserved for handicap use only. Common Areas: You are welcome to use the yard, deck, and kitchen (including the hot tub!). Guests have full access to: Front Deck: Perfect for a morning coffee while you watch the neighborhood wake up. Back Deck: A more private space, ideal for afternoon lounging or an evening meal. Backyard Space: A large, open yard and deck area for you to stretch out and enjoy the fresh air. During your stay Interaction with Guests We love meeting our guests! I work just 5 minutes away, so while I’m busy during the mornings, I am usually available to chat, answer questions, or share local tips in the afternoon. If you need anything immediately, I am always reachable via text and can be home quickly if an emergency arises. Otherwise, feel free to say hi if you see me on the deck or in the yard! Other things to note 🐶 Pet Policy We are a pet-friendly home! We welcome small and medium-sized dogs for an additional guest fee. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend. 🚿 Bathroom & Amenities Moisture Control: To keep the house fresh, please turn on the exhaust fan before taking a shower.
