A basement which is designed like a luxurious banquet / dining hall and has a capacity of 70 people. The basement can also used for events (weddings, parties, conferences, or corporate events / seminars). 2. First Floor: This portion consists of 4 bedrooms with attached baths. It has a fully functional kitchen with a dining area and a lounge. 3. Second Floor: This portion consists of 3 upscale bedrooms with attached baths. It has a spacious fully functional kitchen, dining room and a large terrace area with seating set up. 4- Top Floor: A centrally located upscale venue with a complete private portion for a family of three, with outdoor seating space and a fully functional kitchen.
