Your peaceful pondside retreat awaits! This cozy studio guest house for two is tucked away on a private pond, offering quiet mornings, starry nights, and serene views. Though secluded, you’re close to it all: • I-65 – 10 min • Decatur – 15 min • Madison – 25 min • Huntsville – 30 min Peace, comfort, and relaxation—welcome to your getaway. Guest access Cottage and surrounding property. We live on site so our home and the barn are off limits Everything else is fair game :) Other things to note *Pet Friendly* We love pets! But we do have a few rules for them. There is a maximum of two pets unless approved by hosts. Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up after pets, and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag and place in trash can. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. We do have pets on the property. We have 3 sweet labs Boone (chocolate) ,Maggie (yellow), and Lucy (white) are outside most of the day. They have an underground fence system. They love meeting our guests, but do not have access to the guesthouse . We do NOT have cable at the cottage, but we do have wifi so you can access our Netflix account and YouTube TV account Park on the gravel only! Our septic tank and field lines are located in front of the cottage. It's quite expensive to replace :)
