Luxurious & private annex in Cotswold village

Situated on the edge of Combe village overlooking the valley, sit back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Or take on some of the magnificent walking and cycling available from the doorstep. You'll be staying in a newly built annex within the grounds of our house. The property has everything we would want when we go away and is a luxury home from home. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford. The space Newly built and decorated your apartment offers everything you will need. Entry through your own front door brings you into the hallway leading to a large kitchen & living area with space to cook, work or chill out. Also downstairs is a shower room with sink and toilet. Moving upstairs takes you to a living room with comfortable chairs, TV and a fabulous view across the river valley. The sofa converts easily to a double bed (which we will do on your behalf if requested). The separate double bedroom has its own en-suite facilities including a bath. You will have everything you need here and we provide a welcome pack of food & drink basics suited to your length of stay. If needed we can offer advice on local eating, drinking and various attractions. Should you wish we can also (by agreement) cater for you. Guest access Parking on site for strictly one car only - additional free spaces are available easily in the village. Other things to note Information on cycling and walking is available on request. In fact combecycles is right next door and offers bike servicing and riding advice. For those staying a week or more we provide a washer dryer included in the price. We have recently added a microwave as a couple of people have mentioned this. We had some recent feedback that someone didn't like the smart camera by the front door - it simply sees who comes to the door and the driveway - it can't see anything that would be private. It helps us with security and means if we are not there and you have difficulties accessing then if we're not home we can see and help.
