The name of the place is Air Residences. It is a premiere highrise development of SMDC with an amazing view of Makati and Manila City skyline. There is a mall on the ground level with a grocery, restaurants and more. There is also a pay parking at basement 1 and a laundry shop. Right next to our building is also a mall called The Assembly Grounds. The place is a few minutes walk to Trident tower, RCBC Plaza Tower and Makati Medical Center. The unit is fully furnished to meet everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is a studio unit with balcony that can accommodate 2 guests comfortably. Other things to note My unit has a digital/smart lock and it is self check in and check out. A Passcode valid from the day of check in until the day of check out will be given to guest/s through the Airbnb chatroom An important thing to note before booking is the shower enclosure. It has a 14inches (35cm) wide entrance . A guest with a waistline and or breastline bigger than 56inches (142cm) may not be able to go through it.
