With parking for two vehicles or a truck and trailer, it is as convenient as it is charming. Smoking and events are not permitted on-site. The space The garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room, providing an expansive and versatile space for your group to relax and unwind. Whether you are looking for a lively spot for entertainment or just some extra room to spread out, this unique feature adds a fun, social dimension to your stay. For your convenience, the unit includes a private washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh your gear and handle laundry without leaving the comfort of your home. Outside, you will find ample parking for two vehicles. Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities, as well as all private outdoor areas and onsite amenities. The home is intended for the sole use of the guest's party, ensuring complete privacy and unrestricted access to the premises without any shared common areas. While every part of the property is available for use, we kindly ask that guests respect the home and its contents throughout their visit. Any specific instructions regarding the operation of appliances or the use of outdoor equipment can be found in the house manual located on-site. Other things to note This townhome is designed as a peaceful sanctuary, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that serves as the perfect home base for friends or families traveling together. To ensure our home remains in pristine condition for everyone, we welcome your four-legged companions for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per dog.
