Welcome to your beautiful and cosy studio apartment, right on "La Malagueta" beach! Perfectly located next to the port "Muelle Uno" and the historical centre, where you can find everything the city has to offer. You will love my apartment because of its location and ambience. The studio is perfect for couples, friends, solo adventurers and business travellers. The space You sleep in a king size bed (150x190), have a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning with hot/cold function and a bathroom with shower on a total area of 25m2. The balcony has been integrated to make the flat more spacious. The flat is located in the first row of beach houses in one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the centre of Málaga, La Malagueta. It does not have a sea view, but it is on the 7th floor, so there is a lot of light coming into the living space. There are bus stops directly in front of the building, and it is only a five-minute walk to the airport bus or taxi station. The famous Muelle Uno harbour, with a range of restaurants, shops and the new Pompidou Museum, is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The historic centre is just another 5 minutes away. In its own neighbourhood of La Malagueta, also close to the historic centre, there are countless restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as traditional beach restaurants (chiringuitos) serving fresh seafood and authentic local dishes every day. The flat is ideal for holidaymakers who want to reach the beach on foot. Due to its location and proximity to many of Malaga's attractions, my flat is also ideal for those who want to come in the winter months to enjoy the wonderful Spanish sun, whether it is for a short or longer stay. Other things to note I try my best to be flexible with check-in and check-out times. If there is no check-out from a previous guest on your arrival day, check-in is possible as soon as you arrive at the flat. Otherwise, the official check-in time is at 14:00 (possible flexibility) and our check-out time is at 12:00. Please inform me of your arrival time when booking so that I can accommodate you. Please note that it is forbidden to smoke in the flat. For environmental reasons, please turn off the lights, air conditioning and/or heating when outside the flat. Parties, events or disturbing noises are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of other neighbours in the building. No more people can stay than stated in the reservation. It's important for me that you feel safe renting a holiday home and that the local community benefits from tourism in a legal and sustainable way.
