Will only require valid government ID (passport) upon check-in. ELECTRICITY (PREPAY) Electricity is not included. Long-term guests staying (30days+) will be pre-loaded with PHP2000 for free. Any excess usage needs to be topped up by the guests. Short-term guests staying less than (30days) need to load electricity upon check-in. Average daily usage PHP300. Minimum load PHP500. The host will update the guests of the electricity load balance. WATER Meter reading in excess of PHP500 will be charged to the guest upon move-out. CLEANING Long-term guests staying (30days +) are required to have the unit cleaned every 2 weeks. Host provides the cleaners. Basic cleaning fee -- PHP1000 to be paid by the guests in cash after the cleaning service. BED LINENS & TOWELS Long-term guests staying (30days +) are required to have the bed linens and towels changed and sent to laundry every 2 weeks. Laundry shop is available at the building. Approach reception for direction. AMENITIES Only registered long-term guests staying (30days +) have access to the swimming pools and gym. Registered short-term guests can only use the outdoor amenities ( lagoon pool only) with a corresponding fee of PHP500 per head, per usage.
