Take a break to relax in the comfort of this Studio near the most famous beaches and trails in the neighborhood. It is next to the nature of Barra de Guaratiba, on one of the several slopes of the neighborhood. but it is not ingrime and any vehicle rises quietly. The Studio is completely private, an open concept space with the comfort of air conditioning, fan, kitchen, with microwave and refrigerator, without a stove and a modern bathroom, the window has a partial view of Restinga and Praia da Marambaia. The space The guest will have a small, fully private open-concept apartment, containing air conditioning and a fan, a kitchen (microwave, duplex refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and no stove), and a full bathroom. We provide bed and bath linens. The only common (shared) areas are the garage and the terrace, but almost no one goes to the building's terrace, making it almost exclusive to this specific Studio. Other things to note Credit card installments up to 6 times without interest, only for some credit cards issued in Brazil. The Studio is located on one of the several slopes of the neighborhood, but it is not ingrime and any vehicle rises quietly, has a terrace shared with the other guests of the building, but rarely anyone goes there, which allows it to be used smoothly as an outdoor balcony of the apartment. There is no stove, only a microwave. The Studio is about 50 meters from the beginning of the neighborhood's famous trails and about 400 meters from the main beaches, it is possible to traverse the center of the entire neighborhood, from end to end, in less than 20 minutes walking. If you need to enter the Studio before 3pm and or leave after noon, please check availability and possible costs, as when changing these times, I am often required to block any reservation on the previous and or later dates of your reservation, which leads to possible losses.
