Right on the sand of Curral Beach, the Sunset Ilha Bela house was completely renovated in 2021 and now opens its doors for the summer season. The decor was inspired by the eclectic mid-century modern style and features the young spirit of its owners. Located in a condominium with 4 other houses, you will be in a family space, facing the beach, surrounded by the exuberant vegetation of Ilhabela, witnessing the famous sunset of this beach, with all the comfort that the house offers. The space Our house offers a gourmet kitchen planned with new appliances. This includes a refrigerator, freezer, 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher. The rooms are 3 en-suites with full beds and closets for clothes. Each bathroom has been completely remodeled with state-of-the-art accessories. We have air-conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and living room. Guest access While you and your group are with us, we can accommodate parking for up to two cars. Before you check in, we'll give you instructions on how to access the condominium and the house. Other things to note The condominium association has 5 separate houses located on the property. When you rent with us, you'll have private access not only to the house and the front and back patios, but you'll also be able to enjoy the condominium's common spaces, along with guests from the other houses. This includes a barbecue area with seating, a fire pit, and a sand area with full ocean views. We are no longer accepting rescheduling or cancellations due to Covid-19.
