KITNET IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF NILTON SANTOS STADIUM, KNOWN AS ENGENHÃO, ON RUA JOSÉ DOS REIS, ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STADIUM. JUST CROSS THE STREET AND YOU'LL BE AT THE STADIUM. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS INFORMATION: NO AIR-CONDITIONING IT HAS A CEILING FAN IN THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM The kitnet is located in a residential village in front of the Nilton Santos Stadium known as Engenhão and close to Memorial Hospital and Train Station that gives access to Central Station of Brazil and the Subway that leads to the main beaches of RJ. IN ADDITION TO THE SOCCER GAMES THAT OCCUR ON RANDOM DAYS, THERE IS ALSO A LARGE LEISURE AREA, WHERE PEOPLE WALK AND TEACHERS GIVE CLASS OF FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES WITH MUSIC DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT. ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, THE SPACE RECEIVES MANY CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY HAVE INFLATABLE TOYS. AS OF FRIDAY, THE NIGHT MOVEMENT IS INTENSE, WITH FOOD TRUCKS OFFERING A WIDE VARIETY OF SNACKS AND BARS OFFERING LIVE MUSIC. The bedroom is separate and also has a ceiling fan, and although very compact it has a very cozy double bed. Guest access The Guest has access to the entire Small Studio space in a totally independent manner. Other things to note The daily rate is for 1 or 2 Guests, there is no surcharge for the 2nd Guest. Present a Copy or Image of the Guests' ID. Visitors are not allowed No Smoking inside the Studio I do not charge a Cleaning Fee, so I count on the collaboration of guests in organization and hygiene. There is no Electric Coffee Maker, However, I provide all the utensils for the preparation of a tasty coffee.
