Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of seating and chill out areas. Outdoor deck and firepit. The space Turn down a magical quiet country road, pass a quaint 1 lane bridge. Your oasis awaits at the top of the hill. Enjoy a 1600 sq ft split level mid century home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have Queen beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twins. All beds have allergen-free pillow & mattress protectors. *We try to use ECO products in our home. Including dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, body soap, shampoo & conditioner. Cook in large chef's kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities and stainless steel appliances. Open dining room seats six and breakfast bar seats 5. Spacious open floor plan and fireplace with a front porch and back deck! We provide a large propane grill with propane and tools. Guest access Entire house and downstairs bathroom. Roam around 1 1/2 acre property, enjoy the deck, fire place and hammock. In the kitchen we have all stainless steel appliances with a microwave and a grill on the deck! In addition we have a toaster, blender, stand mixer, food processor, rice cooker, drip coffee and a French press. We will provide all the basic spices, oils, sugar & salt :) In the living room, enjoy the fireplace and cable TV. Other things to note *Please note, dogs allowed upon approval* We are in the country and have a well. It is tested and treated regularly. We are sometimes in a drought and would appreciate it if you were conscious of your water use. ***PLEASE CONSERVE WATER :) We drink filtered water from the refrigerator, cook and shower with water that comes from our well. You can use the provided BERKEY or drink filtered water from the refrigerator. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. We have a septic system and it cannot handle anything else. We have fiber internet connection. We also have perfect phone signal and you can easily use a hotspot. We are in the country and Internet can be spotty at times especially if there's a storm. - Pricing is based on season and demand. - Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum. - Vacation "curators" and third-party rentals are strictly forbidden.
