The space With 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms Room 1 with en-suite bathroom: Queen-sized bed Room 2: Queen-sized bed Room 3 with en-suite bathroom: Queen-sized bed Room 4: Queen-sized bunk bed Guest access Guests have access to a maximum of 2 parking slots. Other things to note Note: PLEASE MAKE READING A HABIT > Check-in: 2:00 pm > Check-out: 12:00 pm (Early check-in and late check-out fee of 500 pesos per hour.) > Security deposit of 2500 is needed. This should be given back upon check-out if there are no lost of damaged items. > For guests exceeding 10 pax, there will be an additional fee of P500 pax/night. > Usage of gas in the dirty kitchen has a fee of 200 pesos > Pets are allowed but with a fee of 200 pesos (please clean after your pets). Other charges will apply for stained sheets and pet urine/poop if left uncleaned. > Rental of karaoke- 1,200 pesos >Laundry and dry cleaning fee depends on the kg of clothes >Unfortunately, the lack of a generator or backup power supply is an issue in cases of blackouts which rarely happens. The Anicia Guesthouse will not be liable for any inconvenience that can happen outside of our control The whole building is a duplex with two units. This is only one unit. Parking may be shared with the other unit guests. Before booking please indicate the number of guests that will be staying so that it can be prepared beforehand, requesting an additional set-up or beddings for another guest that was not indicated in the booking during the check-in would render a service fee.
