If the cleaning is more than normal then I will have to charge you $100 cleaning fee. The $100 depends on how bad the cleaning is; could be less or could be more. Thank you! Please no smoking of any kind in the house, that includes marijuana and weed. If the house smells like weed, marijuana, etc there will be a $500 fine. No driving or parking on grass or you will be fined depending on damage.
