Bright room in Cambridge

I am looking forward hosting you in my modern and charming semi-detached town house. I want your stay to be comfortable and one to remember. I am offering you a private, bright, comfortable and spacious room . Our neighbourhood is very quiet it is 10 minutes away from the vibrant city of Cambridge by bus. The train station is 15 minutes by taxi or 10 minutes by bus and the city centre is about 15 minutes cycle or 10 minutes ride by bus. Bus stop is 5 min walk with buses every 10 minute. The space I live in a newly built semi-detached town house. It is located very close to the river and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Your room is straight up the stairs, from the entrance hall. It is bright, calm and comfortable room, with high ceiling and a big window. The bed is a double with spring medium-firm mattress. The linen is cotton. Provided 2 pillowsand cotton towels for each person. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror. There is living room with a huge tv which the guests are welcome to use. The Wi-Fi is very fast and we will provide you with the password when you check in. Nice, spacious and modern bathroom and toilet are next to the room. I will be sharing the shower with you but using the toilet and the sink on the ground floor. You are welcome to use the garden and on a nice day, if you wish to have our breakfast, it will be served there. If you want to make your own meal you can use the kitchen and basic stuff like utensils, salt, pepper, oil etc. Guest access The bathroom is next to your room. You will share the shower with me but there is also a toilet and sink on the ground floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen and the garden. The breakfast, if you wish to have it, will be served, on a nice day, in the garden. During your stay I like to chat to my guests and get to know them but I will respect your privacy. Please feel free to ask any advice about any aspect of your stay. You are welcome to share the use of the kitchen, the garden and dining room.
