Nice house with a holiday garden, in a quiet area, close to all amenities (bus, Vcub, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) 5 min from the centre of Cauderan, 15 min from the historical centre of Bordeaux, 45 min from the ocean, 25 min from the medoc with the wine road, 1h from Saint Emilion... We welcome you in this beautiful environment so that you can fully enjoy your holidays. Louna and Popie, ours cats, will be presents during your rental. The space Our house of 150 m2 is on two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance with a staircase (without railing) which gives access to the first floor. A living room, a dining room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet, a master bedroom with a shower room and dressing room. On the first floor there are 2 other bedrooms (with a double bed). There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. In the garden, you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday: garden furniture, swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar. Guest access 2 rooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor will not be accessible Other things to note The staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms has no railing. We have 2 cats, Louna and Popie, who are very friendly, cuddly and playful. They are autonomous and come into the house through the cat flap.
