Forming part of the old Victorian Board School it is steeped in history. It provides lovely oasis away from the bustle of the main town yet it is right in the centre, with its own parking space. The cottage is in a super position, right in the centre of the town, but in a hidden garden that used to be the playground of the old Victorian school. There is a spacious sitting room with electric woodburning style stove. The house is decorated and furnished with some mid century vintage pieces and original artworks. Gas central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual appliances, dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Two bedrooms, one with a super comfortable king size bed the other with two full size singles. The bedding is luxurious and fresh. In the hall way is an original 1940s small wardrobe for storage. There is a fully enclosed private internal courtyard which is small but does provide a private outside space. To the front of the cottage is a railed garden with a seating area. To the front of this is the communal garden area with benches and bird feeders. There is a private and allocated parking space for the cottage. You will be right in the centre of Cromer, just a few minutes walk to the Pier, beach and shops. The station is a 15 minute walk and buses are just a few yards away if you need public transport. We hope we have supplied everything you will need for a fabulous break in our house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note Cromer is a very historical Victorian seaside town and much of the architecture from that period remains. A walk around the town is very interesting and the little museum a great place to while away a few hours.
