Relax and enjoy your stay with us on your next travel to Dagupan. A few minutes' drive to catch the colors of sunset at the famous Tondaligan Beach & Park. A pilgrimage to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Manaoag is just 35 minutes' drive. Newly built apartment building houses the studio unit we are renting out. Clean and spacious room defines the comfort we are offering our guests. We are self-catered thus basic kitchen and dining essentials are provided. Indeed, a practical hotel alternative. The space The room is one of the prime units at the ground floor of Jora Residences, and a few steps to the parking area. 1 queen size bed for 2 persons 1 pullout bed for 1 person 1 floor matress if necessary Guest access We are located along jeepney line for public transport. Few minutes drive will give you an access to the nearest supermarket,atm,flea market and restaurants. During your stay We accept late bookings but we request for at least an hour to finalize preparation of the unit. To ensure freshness of our beddings, we install them at least an hour before our guests arrive. We are also open to late check in, but this has to be arranged for proper coordination. The host will be available on call during your stay. Likewise, a caretaker will be assigned to take care of your needs. Contact numbers will be provided upon confirmation of bookings. Other things to note Smoking inside the room is not allowed. No curfew, but silence has to be observed for guest ariving late. Aircon and other apliances not in use must be turned off when guests are out. Please use the slippers dedicated to the toilet/shower. No liqour No pets
