The tram/bus stop is just in front of the house. The apartment is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad area with lots of parks and picnic areas (10 minutes’ walk). Vyšehrad is a historical site with cathedral, cemetery and beautiful view over Prague. The apartment has a lovely new terrace (12 m2) with outdoor table and two chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass (or amazing Czech beer). It's very comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. It's also very warm in the winter (heated by a central heating system and there is also a new air conditioner with a mode "heating"). There is a free parking spot in our yard (with a camera system). It is also possible to store your bikes in a small garage (near your car). I will give you a chip from the small garage that only you will have access to. You can easily go in and out from the house with your bike. The small garage is also in our yard (with a camera system). Guest access The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you come to Prague for a few days or a week. It accommodates 2 people (possible with a small child). The apartment is cool in the summer, there's a NEW air conditioning. In the winter it's warm, heated by a central heating system, it's regulated according the temperature outside. Assortment of teas and coffee, juice, milk, cereals, jams, ham, cheese, butter, bread, sugar, salt, pepper, spices and others are for free use and your breakfast. There is also a new washing machine and a radio (both free for use). You also have two big umbrellas available. Shower with towels, soap, shampoo and a separated toilet with sink and mirror. Hairdryer and iron are for free use. Big terrace (12 m2) with outdoor table and two chairs. There are also two new loungers (/relax chairs) for relaxing or sunbathing.
