The space THE BUILDING - Nicely designed 420 square feet brand-new studio house - Laundry room in the back with washing machine, clothes drying area, and shelves for storing your goods - A building consists of a pair of studio houses attached together - Garden view with gazebo and garden table for lazing - Motorcycle and car parking are available THE BEDROOM - Equipped with king-size bed, wardrobe with dresser/working table, bedside table, and night lamp - Living room and bedroom are just partitioned by a partial wall and split-level floor, giving the impression of more space and openness THE LIVINGROOM - Television with international satellite channels - Floating shelve for storing small and medium items - Super-comfy sofa and table - An air-conditioning unit that covers the entire rooms - A ceiling fan as an alternative for air conditioner THE KITCHEN - Includes refrigerator, water dispenser, gas hob, and cutlery - There is a nice bar table with an artistic hanging lamp - Plenty of shelves to store your goods THE BATHROOM - 1 bathroom containing: toilet, shower with a detachable head, vanity with basin, and mirror - Cold and hot water are available Guest access ACCESS TO EVERYTHING - FEEL LIKE IT'S YOUR HOME: - Complete and uninterrupted access to all areas of your entire studio - Feel free to use garden table and gazebo to relax - Feel free to use the parking area for your car or motorbike Other things to note Your enjoyment in our home is our PRIMARY concern Here are a few things we think you'll want to know... CLEANING: We clean your room and change your bed sheet and towels every week. We also clean the garden and parking areas every day. GARBAGE: Trash can is available in the kitchen for temporary storage. You can throw garbage into the trash can located in the garden. We will handle the rest. Garbage men usually come once in two days. PARKING: There is a parking area in front of the main gate. You can park your car or motorbike there. MAINTENANCE: We have a part-time maintenance staff. Just reach us to report any issues for immediate repair. REFILLABLE ITEMS: For consumable items like electricity credit, gas for cooking, and mineral water, we will provide the initial stock, but after that, you should refill them yourself. But don't worry, we will help you to do the refilling. You only need to bear the cost of refilling it. The exception is for domestic water (not for drinking), it is already included in the rent payment.
