Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house, except for an external outbuilding, where personal and cleaning items used to clean the house to receive them will be stored! Other things to note - Automatic water tank filling system with 12,000 liters in the reservoir; avoiding the popular water shortages in the region on New Year's Eve. - Children over 2 years of age must be included in the 14-person count - We accept pets! But guardians need to be mindful of the conservation and cleanliness of the house, both indoors and outdoors. - Electricity and water will be charged separately at R$1.17/KWh and R$16.00/m³ (the showers have hybrid heating - part solar, part electric, depending on the intensity of the sun, helping to reduce energy costs. Conscious use of air conditioners, irons, hairdryers and hair straighteners is recommended) - Cleaning products are not provided - The caretaker will come twice a week to take care of the garden and clean the pool (courtesy of the house).
