Apt Blue Paradise - Praia Grande, Arraial

What a relief to arrive in Arraial, leave the car safely in the garage and spend the day walking around in flip-flops! Our apartment is very well located, 7 minutes from the sand of Praia Grande, with plenty of shops and close to the entrance of Pontal do Atalaia, where the beaches considered one of the most beautiful in the world are! The space The building is new and very well maintained. Despite the numerous apartments, the atmosphere is quite familiar. Our apartment is cozy, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen/area, bathroom and balcony, and we are always taking care of everything so that everyone has a great experience. It's cool and sunny early in the morning. It has no view, but it is impassable. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the garage, reception, laundry and service tank.
