The Penthouse is located in one of the best areas of Cancun hotel zone, pristine location, surrounded by nature with unique views with more than 40-50 ft of large windows facing the water on one side and another 40-50 ft view of golf course on the other side. You get to see the best of Cancun without leaving the apartment besides the best sunset views. Very safe area with 24/7 surveillance by police. Ideal to recover while dental treatments visit. Location,peaceful The space The apartment itself is around 2500 sq ft with additional 400-500 ft of patio space. All the areas have beautiful views either to the lagoon or nature full of palms and nice trees plus the variety of birds. This is a place to relax and enjoy nature. Air conditioned in the bedroom,fans on the rest of the place,nice breeze during the day and the night specially at the private terrace. Guest access The location is close to everything: beach ( 5 minutes walk ) where you can catch the ferry to Isla Mujeres, restaurants, upscale grocery store CHEDRAUI SELECTO, bus stops. You will have a private parking spot. Other things to note This is such a private and quiet place with a lot of light and very spacious. Great location and near by Dental Clinics,good place to recover after treatments.
