This tranquil getaway is a part of a family friendly home where all are welcome. Within short walking distance of Kansas State University football stadium and basketball arena. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. If you need an extra room for your stay, it is available for an additional charge upon request. We look forward to hosting you! Go Cats! One queen size bed in downstairs bedroom (new bed in March, 2021) , walk in closet, dresser, television (smart access), personal Keurig (along with fridge, microwave, toaster, and hot plate), full bathroom (stand up shower), walk out to small fenced-in yard (great for dogs) and main street/driveway, large entertainment room, office space (work from home friendly) and workout space. NOTE: For families/groups of two or more, we have an additional bedroom with new memory foam queen size mattress, TV (cable access), and walk-in closet. The entertainment room has a LARGE sectional couch (can seat 12 comfortably and has enough room for at least 3 small children to lay down). The spacious finished basement will be great if your family would need extra space for the kids on your next visit. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot etc.), washer and dryer (main floor), entertainment room (television), and work out space (treadmill). I will be available upon request and notice. Let me know what you need and I will tend to you at my earliest convenience. We live in a quiet family/retiree neighborhood near schools, churches and within walking distance to Bramlage Coliseum, Bill Snyder Family Stadium, and Kansas State University. Also close are local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Target, gas stations, and parks. Public transportation (ATA Bus) is very close, available, and affordable. Well behaved dogs are welcome, and we have two of our own. They are very friendly and get along with all breeds and sizes. Guests will have access to a small fenced in grass yard along with a larger fenced in area for pets to exercise. Bags and cleanup supplies are provided. Cats are NOT allowed (some of us have severe cat allergies). You will also be provided with a dog crate and food and water dish for your furry pal if needed.
