A private forest oasis located in the heart of Ucluelet, this brand new 2 bedroom suite is within walking distance to Little beach, the brewery, the grocery store, restaurants and more. The suite is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which provides a peaceful and cozy stay with Mount Ozzard views from the front windows on sunny days. The space 🌲The 2 story suite is separate from the main home, which provides guests with a quiet and private space . There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull out sofa bed in the open concept living room. A private patio at the front of the suite is equipped with a BBQ and seating area available exclusively for guests. The outdoor hot shower on the side of the suite allows for a relaxing rinse after a swim or surf. The Sitka Suite is close to beaches, downtown Ucluelet, but nestled in the trees on a quiet street. 🛏️ Bedroom 1: Our Mountain View Bedroom on the second floor features a luxurious queen bed and stunning views of Mount Ozzard. Morning sun streams in through east facing panoramic windows and a "reverse sunset" over the mountains can be seen on clear evenings. Equipped with a full size wardrobe, local art and a relaxing accent chair, you will feel right at home in this private oasis. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: Our Forest View Bedroom looks out over the forested lot beside our property, and is private and cozy. Fall asleep with the window open to the sounds of soft rustling or gentle rain falling on the cedars, hemlocks and spruces outside. 🚿 Main Bathroom: Located on the second floor, the main bathroom features a shower and bath with Epsom Salts and soaps, shampoo and conditioner made locally and supplied by the Den Refillery. The Sitka Suite is certified by the Den for using only local and sustainable soaps and cleaning products in our suite. 🍳 Living Room/Kitchen Area: The main floor features a large, open concept living and dining space with vaulted ceilings, live plants and lots of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and dine in during your stay and the kitchen table has an additional leaf to seat 6 comfortably. The living space has a comfortable 3 seater couch that pulls out to a queen size bed to accommodate additional guests or children. Our HD smart TV connects directly to Wi-Fi and features popular streaming apps*, TV, TSN and Sportsnet for your entertainment during your stay. It's a perfect space to curl up with the family, heat up some complimentary popcorn and enjoy a movie or a hockey game during your stay. Guest access There is guest parking at the base of the stairs for one vehicle. There is plenty of street parking around the suite to accommodate additional vehicles if required. Other things to note Due to property zoning, we are unfortunately unable to have full size appliances ie: stove/oven. Additionally we have High-Speed Gigabit Telus Fibre internet, so Netflix or Zoom calls from the suite are not an issue. *Streaming platform accounts are not provided. We charge a pet fee of $50 per stay if you’re bringing a dog. This helps us cover the additional cost of cleaning. There are NO PARTIES allowed at the suite, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM til 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. We live on a quiet, family oriented street and our neighbors will not tolerate excessive noise. Please note that due to the weather, the outdoor BBQ is unavailable for the winter season between mid-November to mid-March. We appreciate your understanding!
