Lovely guesthouse with access to sauna and lake

Relax with friends or family in a lakeside cottage with access to sauna. There is a comfortable bedroom, a kitchen and living room in one with two sofas that are converted into single beds in the evening, as well as a toilet with sink. There is an outdoor shower with water from the lake. The studio is only 5 min by car from Läggesta train station where you can catch a train to Stockholm in 40 min. Mariefred is located 4 km from the house. The space The guest house is located by the water, with access to outdoor furnitures, wood-fired sauna in a separate building and access to the jetty and lake. The guest house is on the same plot as the host's primary house. The cottage consists of a welcoming hall with space for outerwear, a large cozy bedroom with a double bed, a combined kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has two sofas that can be converted into two single beds in the evening. There is a combustion toilet, and a sink. Note that there is no indoor shower with hot water, only an outdoor shower with water from the lake, without insight. During the summer, the outdoor shower has a comfortable temperature. During low season it is possible to get access to a bathroom with a hit shower in our house, with private entrance. The guesthouse is best suited for a couple, or a small family. The small boat and bikes are not available in the guesthouse rental unfortunately. The cabin is close to E20 which give you a Quick and easy access to the main road, however some days when the wind is blowing into the wrong direction you can hear some traffic noise. Note that this cabin is not completly allergi friendly since we do have a cat that has entered the cabin on some occasions. She might even come to say hi. Guest access We recommend that you come by car as public transport is limited. Parking is available at the main house, close to walk to the guest house Other things to note We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy their time in the cottage. If something unforeseen happens or you are dissatisfied with something, we ask you to contact us so maybe we can help. To keep cleaning costs low, we expect you to leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it. In other words, we want you to remove bedding, dishes, clean bathrooms, empty refrigerator, clean surfaces, vacuum and take the garbage to the garbage next to the parking lot. Please note that this is not a recommended house if you are allergi to animal since we have a cat that might have visited earlier guests.
