Welcome to my cozy Airbnb on the first floor of my home! As a retired government officer, I’m happy to extend my space to guests. I reside on the ground floor, so I’m nearby if you need any assistance during your stay. The first-floor space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. For two guests, one bedroom will be provided, while for a third guest, the second bedroom will also be made available. Only married couples be accommodated pls The space The property is nearby to many colleges like Sri Krishna , Nehru college, VLB and Rathinam and tech parks like LTIMindtree and Rathinam tech park. In Kitchen consists of gas stove, Fridge, Mixer, RO Water filter with basic cooking utensils provided. Additional vessels will be given on demand. Washing Machine is available at ground floor nearby stairs. Common Open terrace to enjoy chilled Western ghat winds. Space can be utlised for morning or evening walking, practice yoga and drying clothes etc. Covered parking space for one vehicle. A vehicle can be parked on the street as well at the front gate. 2 floor mattress can be given to accommodate 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Guest access Guests are free to access terrace premises and ground floor Garden premises. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request that smoking be enjoyed outside the premises. You can make use of the open terrace. Other things to note Restaurants like KFC, Annapoorna, Hot chips and supermarkets available within a radius of 1 km. The highway is just a few minutes away, with taxi and bus services readily available. You can also order food online through platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. For transportation, services such as Uber, Ola, RedTaxi, and Rapido two-wheeler rides are accessible. WiFi password will be provided after checkin
