Close to Magic Mountain, off Copperhill. Fireworks can be seen all over the valley during 4th of July from the balcony and backyard. The space Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, Slide, Jumping Rock, Grato, Firepit, BBQ, Open floorplan for visiting, Pool Table, Foosball, Theatre. Non smoking, no smoking indoors, outdoors (back, front, or sides). Conversation levels to always align with a family environment neighborhood. No conversations or entertaining outside after 10pm. No parties! No Loitering out front. We have listed House Rules so you can enjoy yourself as well as respecting the home and neighborhood. Guest access The whole house is yours when rented. Other things to note Additional $100 per day to heat pool during Nov- May, $75 per day to heat pool June-Oct. Jacuzzi is included in Booking Price. If additional guests are located on property there is a $100 per person fee, per day. There are fees for house rules broken. We have house rules listed to make sure we are a good fit for you and our neighborhood. $50 per day fee for gas fireplace. Wood burning fire pit included. If Sherriff’s are called out to house for a disturbance there is a $500 fee to guest per visit. No pets. If pet is found on property there will be a $75 per day charge plus any fees for any damage.
