This comfortable room is in a house located in one of the most attractive, safe and exclusive areas of the Santiago de Surco district: Santa Teresa. It is strategically located two blocks from Panamaricana Sur, three blocks from Avenida Primavera (Angamos) and very close to Avenida Benavides. It is ideal for anyone who works or studies in Santiago de Surco and La Molina (UPC, ESAN, SAN MARTIN, USIL, etc.). The space On Av. Primavera, very close, you can find the best restaurants with typical Peruvian food and places to have coffee: José Antonio, T'anta, San Antonio, La Bodega de la Trattoria, La Folie, Burger King, Chilis, Fridays, etc. On Av. Caminos del Inca you can find Don Mamino, Delicass, Il Piccolo Pomodoro, La Panca, La Linterna, Tierra Santa, etc. The room has its own bathroom and you have an outdoor kitchen area with grill, minibar and basic utensils so you can prepare your food.
