This home is a Duplex right in the heart of Saint Paul located near the intersection of Selby and Lexington. You're just steps from great restaurants and shops on Grand Ave and the charming cathedral hill neighborhood. It's a perfect central location to everything in Saint Paul! You're very close to grocery stores, coffee shops, great food & drinks and much more! Just a short Uber ride from all major sporting and concert venues, minutes from the U of M and other Saint Paul colleges! You'll have your own fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Smart TV and WiFi included. Crib, Pack and Play and hook on high chair also available. Large windows with lots of natural light. Front patio and large deck outback are great spots to hangout on a nice day. One bedroom has a king bed and queen in the second bedroom. Couch can also sleep one and queen size air mattress is available to sleep 1-2 more. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and spaces to lounge. This unit has it's own private access from the attached unit. Please note that the lower (basement) level is also a rental so please be mindful of noise! You'll enter the door to the far left located at the back of the house. The back deck and outdoor area is a shared space. We give our guests as much space as desired. We are available to assist in any way possible and make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Located near the intersection of Selby and Lexington. You're in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Only a few blocks off the highway so easy access to get to downtown Saint Paul and Minneapolis. You can get around by car (one parking space available for you to use behind the house. There is also free street parking located in front of the house), Uber or metro transit. The nearest light rail stop is a 14 minute walk from the house which can take you to either downtown Saint Paul or Minneapolis. Also available are Nice Ride rental bikes located at the Kowalskis on Grand Ave (15 min walk). Please note that the lower (basement) level is also a rental so please be mindful of noise! This space has the ability to sleep up to 6 guests (air mattress provided) but the space may be most comfortable with 4 adults or less. We have had many full-capacity groups who have loved the space so this completely up to your preference.
