You can enjoy watching Netflix &YouTube using our HD Projector (We didn't provide Netflix account here, guest need to login own account) ★ The Bedroom: We have premium quality King size bed with hotel quality bed linens. We guarantee a good night sleep here! - Single size floor mattress will be provided ONLY when you booked as 3 or 4 guests. Additional floor mattress can be provide upon request, but subject to availability. ★ The Kitchen: We had prepared water dispenser for you to make some coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenes from the French windows Light cooking is allowed here. We provide 1 induction cooker for you to light cooking here. Guest access Guest can access to: - Garden (Level 6) -Kids Playground (Level 6) - Gym (Level 1) 7 AM - 12 AM midnight - Self Laundry Machine (Level SB) Using TNG / E-wallet Public facilities may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance required by the apartment management. This is beyond our control and unavoidable. We are unable to predict or notify in advance when such facilities might be suspended. We would appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter. 🙏🏻 You will have the entire place to yourself. One parking lot provided 🚗 You will get the whole unit to yourself like it’s your second home in Johor Bahru. This apartment has 24-hour security surveillance assuring you peace of mind during your stay. For your convenience, you do not need to rush to check-in before 3 PM. The self-check-in instructions will be sent to you before 10 AM on the day of your arrival. Transport & Car Rental Service: If you need transport service from Singapore Changi Airport or Johor Senai Airport to my place, or if you need to rent a car, I will try my best to arrange for you. I will provide the contact number of the car rental service via private message after your confirmation. Other things to note **Please take note there's a new building construction works beside the apartment carry out during 9am-6pm (Mon-Friday) and 9am-1pm (Saturday). By booking this unit, guest have to acknowledge and accept there's construction noise coming from area outside of the apartment (This is really out of our control, we don't have control on the new building constructions outside the apartment )** i. All cancellations/changes are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policy. 
 ii. Please take note that the security deposit will NOT be charged or held against your credit/debit card, unless there is damage to the unit, a violation of house rules, or fines imposed by the building management due to rule violations.
 iii. A deposit may be collected from guests when necessary.
 Rest easy knowing that this unit is completely yours! From the moment you arrive, you’ll have this private space ALL TO YOURSELF — no sharing with strangers during your stay. 【Please take note before you book】 [Parking] We provide 1 free parking lot. Guests are required to park at the specific lot assigned. Extra cars may park at the visitor parking area, and charges will be RM15 overnight/ Park over 12am. Please make sure only park at our lot, if not, will get clamped. [Access Card] 
Only 1 (ONE) door card and 1 (ONE) parking card will be provided. No extra cards available.
Lost access card or parking device will incur a replacement fee of RM300 per card/ key. [OTHERS] - Some decorations, such as towel arrangements or styled items, are set up for photo purposes and may not be included during your stay. - We provide bath towels only (no face or hand towels). No daily towel replacement service. Extra towels are available upon request with additional charges.
 - The cleaning fee is a one-time charge per check-out. No daily cleaning service is provided, including for long stays.
 - Any cleaning or room service request will be charged based on the cleaning fee listed on Airbnb (available daily from 12pm–4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, with at least 1 day's notice). 
 - Any unremovable stains, damages, or signs of smoking found after check-out will be charged accordingly as special cleaning or replacement costs, which are not covered under the cleaning fee. 
 - Please bring your own universal adapter and laundry detergent.
 - Netflix and YouTube accounts are not provided. Guests must log in using their own accounts.
 -Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards; check-out is Latest by 12:00 PM.
Check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to unit availability and will be charged at RM30 per hour. Please check with our customer service in advance for availability first.
 - Please ensure your personal belongings are properly packed. We will not be responsible for any items left behind after check-out.
 - No decorations should be stuck on the walls. Any damage may result in a repair or compensation fee (subject to assessment)
 - Light cooking is allowed in the kitchen only. Please take note, we are using an induction cooker here. Strictly no deep frying of food! Extra cleaning costs will be charged to guests who deep-fried/cook curry/ oily food in the apartment.
