Entire Country Cottage guesthouse / Very Private

Gloriously private without feeling secluded, this charming guesthouse was totally updated in 2019. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . (We will often leave fireplace prepared to light. Gas heating also). Get cozy with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, games and books. DirecTv in the living room and bedroom. too! The space Super comfortable and brand new luxury King size bed. Let your hosts, Tamara and Greg, know how we may serve you. Bring food to cook in the large kitchen area with full size refrigerator (no dishwasher ). Rustic porch with electric grill and small table, as well as seating for four. Enjoy the fire pit as the days turn chilly. In season, there is an outdoor table , chairs and umbrella! The space: We have wi-fi at the present time! We We finally have T-mobile Internet which works ! We are about 8.5 miles rurally in the countryside. Some may find this too far to travel, and we understand. We also have a downtown unit on main street. It is profoundly busy because of its' location! The travel out to the house is very lovely, much of the way along streams with beautiful scenery. But, you should know in case this is too far for you! We have had over 850 visitors, and only three have commented on this so far. And, many , many return visitors. It is important for you to know! Right now we have Directv with many movies. They start at channel 501. Relax and enjoy peace and quiet! . It takes about 15-20 minutes to travel into town via gorgeous creeks and winding country roads. This may be too far out for some, but of our hundreds of guests, most have no problem. Many return for a visit, some time and again!! Guest access The entire cottage is yours ! We won’t visit unless invited . We do have a twin cot for a visitor if really needed! ($10.00 fee)We need advance notice . No parties are allowed . Maximum two guests unless host authorized more in writing . Children are welcome but caution near wood burning fireplace . Other things to note We are nearby but won’t visit unless you ask . Sometimes our miniature dachshund , Jed , might come down from the main house to visit . He mistakenly thinks everyone that visits is coming to see him !
