High speed Wi-Fi with fiber/Gig! 1/3 acre lot, w/ woods in the back. About 1 mile from Nike headquarters, & close to other tech in Silicon Forest. Regularly host long-term guests. Great for summer interns, 30-day stays for people moving to town, etc. Motion-detection lighting on side of house, & exterior camera. The space Comfortable queen bed. Smart TV w/ no cable but full internet experience (Hulu & Amazon w/ my sign-ons, Netflix w/ your sign-on, Chromecast for laptop-to-TV casting). Small desk to accommodate computer for working/writing. French doors out to back yard - lush, private, forested. Small seating area on back patio. Fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea making capacity. Access to full kitchen in main house, if desired. Laundry room access, too. April 2021 - completely renovated & added a dedicated, private bathroom. There is a second, "bonus" room located above my garage w/ a full-sized day bed. It is my other listing here on AirBnB. If you have more than one or two guests in the main room, and wish to access the 2nd room, I will negotiate a discounted rate for the 2nd room. Guest access This room is quite separate from the rest of the house - very private. Pathway on side of house has motion-detection lighting, and there's a Ring camera at the door. Weekday check-in is typically after 5pm, but that's negotiable. Secure SmartLock door - guest gets their own key-pad entry code. Guests have access to other areas of the house if they need - kitchen, laundry room, backyard space. During your stay I typically keep busy with work and my social life, but am around and available to answer questions/offer tips/etc. Easy going, friendly, and welcoming to you while you're in my home. Other things to note LGBTQ-friendly. Goldendoodle Stella lives here and has run of the yard on nice weather days. She is very sweet and friendly!
