Guest access Upon arrival at the Bernina Cable Car ticket office (Chiesa in Valmalenco), our staff will welcome you and handle check-in. You can leave your car in the free parking area next to the cable car. During check-in hours (2:00–5:00 pm) and check-out (by 11:00 am), round-trip snowmobile transfer between Alpe Palù and the Suite is included. Please provide your preferred check-out time upon arrival. If you are running late for check-in, you can drive to San Giuseppe: subject to booking by 4:45 pm, a snowmobile transfer is available with a €30 surcharge.
