Host on site in trailer. your privacy IS respected cats really love our guests:) just a heads up The space Relax in a calming environment , with hot tub and nice trees, a fenced front yard, PLEASE KEEP DOGS OUT OF FRONT AND SIDE YARD, keep on leash while in the front and side yard. Dog urine ruins grass. dog yard does have rocks. we have a swinger and sand tent for kiddos in dog yard as well. you, can walk your dog outside of fenced areas if you wish to. enjoy spending time in cat rv complementary coffee, tea water available. fruit trees, a garden with veggies. if in season for you to harvest, as well as fresh herbs for your cooking. A gas grill is available for your use in dog yard and front yard we ask that Each guests maintains grill. we provide propain Washer and dryer with laundry soap, Laundry area is SHARED with house keeping. NOT in main house. Located at entrance when you walk in. We keep pantry stocked our guests are welcome to use anything in house. There is a donation box provided. helps keep items stocked for next guest;) we have 2 goats tht love running around:) our 2 flemish bunnies are located in cat rv yard. our kune pigs boys boss and ennis are in cat rv yard, females in animal coral. Charlie and dottie:) Treats for animals are to right of goat gate PLEASE RETURN ANIMALS Y BACK WHEN DONE LOVING THEM:) again ABSOLUTLEY not a party place . Guest access The ENTIRE home will be available to our guests We do have family photos on walls :) ,as well as personal items. The dressers and closets are ready for your belongings. Feel free to utilize anything in bathroom area, we have some items stocked . We have shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and make up remover pads to save wash cloths :)) The backyard is fenced with dog toys and a dog toy line for stimulation for your fur babies :) swingvset , tent with sand box YARD HAS ROCKS NOT GRASS.) Our front yard is fenced with an attached garden with a picket fence gate. please note front and side yard. we do nit like dog poop or pee on we try keeping it nice for people to walk on. Help yourself to fresh duck or chicken eggs, we place fresh eggs in fridge. you can walk dog in animal court yard if you would like. Other things to note We have an area for duck feeding as well as chickens, pamphlets for things to do while here visiting. house does have 1 bathroom but his and her sinks. we have the rain soft water system so water is great tasting :) wood burning fire place for those cold evenings. so many things to do within a 5 hours or less drive, Reno, Marriott Great America , Las Angels , Monterrey , Santa Cruz, our very own Yosemite, so much to do and see. please note our hm is 35 min away frm Yosemite. drive time can be 1.25 hours pending on traffic. PLEASE NO 4 STARS ON LOCATION BEING UP FRONT ON TRAVEL TIMES. as well as photos of property If high traffic it will take an hour and twenty five min from our place if not 35 to 45 minutes best to leave early,:)
