Accommodation right by the lake! 4+2 beds in winter and 8+2 in summer. We do not have a cleaning fee, so departure cleaning is not included (can be arranged for a fee). Bed linens are included as well as towels and 4 bath towels and hand soap and toilet paper. A travel bed for small children is available. Take excursions from here to the forest that is around the corner or take a refreshing ice skating trip, rowing trip or swim in the lake. Or just relax with a sauna or Jacuzzi. A guest house on the property with two bunk beds is available April - October on request. The space You rent our entire house, which is located right by a lake and is about 100 sqm (4+2 beds) including a furnished garden shed of about 15 sqm (4 beds) that is available during the summer half-year (April - October). The house has an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are one larger room. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and the other has a sauna. The house has three bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other two rooms have single beds with an extra bed that you can pull out. Cleaning is not included. Bed linens are included and towels and 4 bath towels are included. There is a jetty with a ladder that you can use to take a dip in the lake. The Jacuzzi is immersed in the generous terrace of about 60 square meters. You can borrow a Jacuzzi and a sauna for free, if you wish. There is a rowboat that you can borrow for free, if you wish. No parties or playing loud music during your stay. Respect that! During your stay, you have access to a fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher and part of a fridge, freezer. Free parking for up to three cars is at the house. Things to know: It is about 3 km to Hofors city center where there is ICA, Coop, Systembolag liquor store and restaurants. It is about 30 minutes by car to Falun. It is about 30 minutes by car to Sandviken. Hoforsbacken is about 5 km away and is an alpine facility that is excellent for trying slalom or fine-tuning your technique. Romme Alpin is about 45 minutes away. There are fantastic trails in the woods for cycling/jogging or cross-country skiing in winter. In winter, you can also enjoy lovely skating on the plowed skating rink that is a stone's throw from the jetty. In summer, it is easy to cool off in the lake. Guest access Easiest way to get around is by car or bike. You can park your car in the yard. Other things to note We do not have a cleaning fee, so I would like you to leave the house as you found it. Please take care of the house.
