The entire apartment is available with separate entry, accessed through the garage. You are renting a fully furnished apartment with a large bedroom with King bed, living room and a kitchen that's set up and ready to cook in. Guests will have full, in/out privileges. Guest will enter the apartment through a separate entry in the garage. There are 15 steps to reach the apartment. Ample parking in front of the house. Not wheelchair accessible. The home is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. In the immediate area: The Supermall, The Outlet Collection, Emerald Downs, SeaTac airport and many other shops & restaurants. Enumclaw, Crystal Mountain and Mt. Rainier are in this vicinity and easy day-trips. We want you to completely enjoy your stay and make you as comfortable as possible when you're away from home. We are providing more than a place to crash--we're providing a home-away-from-home with all the essentials (dishes/cookware/luxury linens, etc). In an effort to keep this apartment in pristine condition for you and future guests here are a few house rules to follow: -Pets: none of any kind -Shoes: Please remove at the entry of the apartment -Smoking/drugs: None of any kind permitted on premises -No bleaching sheets -Towels: please hang/drape any damp towels -No unregistered guests overnight -Flooring: please don't slide items on the wood floors, they scratch -No taping/hanging items on the walls or floor -You are responsible for keeping the apartment interiors at a reasonable level of cleanliness and order **Smelly stuff: no burning candles/incense, no essential oils or medicinal balms (they take weeks to clear the smell) **Sorry, no cooking bacon. (the smell just lingers too long and not everyone likes it, sorry). -Stove: If you use the stove top/oven, please clean it Again, we want you to have a comfortable stay and also that of future guests.
