Adjoining the bedroom is a spacious en suite with a large bath to unwind in.  Guest Bedroom Downstairs, the light guest bedroom is situated. Together, the skylight making this a bright space, and the double bed fitted with an incredible memory foam mattress, make this a perfect spot to rest in. The guest bedroom and family room are open plan, and there is a bathroom on the bottom floor, too making this space brilliant for families looking to be close, couples looking for a little more space, or friends seeking to stay together. Family Room ​The family room shares the same open plan space as the bottom floor bedroom, boasting a gorgeous sofa bed that can be both a single or a double bed. The use of this room can fit to match your needs, serving as a second living space, as a children's area, or as a place to sleep with proximity to the guest bedroom. ​ Living Room As you enter through the front door of 1 Queen's Court from Petworth High Street, you enter into the living room making everything quite literally on your doorstep! This room is an ideal spot for putting your feet up on extremely comfortable sofas, watching the world go by, or closing the curtains and putting on the TV. The television is set up with Netflix as well as Freeview channels, and the bookcase next to the fireplace is stocked if you prefer some tech-free time during your stay in the beautiful English countryside.  Kitchen ​This authentic country-style kitchen looks directly onto the wonderful garden and is fully equipped. From the Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother down to the new fridge with water cooler, the large oven to the kitchen benches, and the dishwasher to the clothes washer and dryer in the back room, this room lends itself to the expression that the kitchen is the heart of the home. Every amenity is here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, so whether you decide to have a quick coffee to go or host dinner for the guests, you will be able to enjoy the process in the kitchen.  Dining Room ​The dining room is next to the kitchen and overlooks the beautiful garden, with the sage feature wall and leaf print on the curtains bringing the feel of the English countryside into the home. The centre piece of this room is the authentic, lovely dining table fit to sit six guests. This table sits next to a wholesome fireplace that sits under a beautiful cast iron clock, brilliant for bringing all the guests together.  ​ Garden ​The garden was originally a pub garden, and was then transformed into a rose garden. Features from both former identities remain with an outhouse converted from the ladies & gents of the pub, and roses lining the walls of the property.  Now, this garden opens onto grass from the parking at the back gate, before lowering down a few steps to a wonderful patio opening through one door into the hallway and through another into the kitchen. In the outhouse now is a fire pit and a table to make the outside space comfortable for entertaining over a dinner or nice glass of something.  Bike storage for multiple bikes available in the outhouse. ​
